Kimberly M. Cutler, a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, is an attorney with almost twenty years of experience in the law firm of Cutler Law Office, LLC.

Kim advises clients on a wide range of issues with regard to Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Estate Administration, Business Entity Planning, Guardianships, etc. She is a member of a number of estate planning organizations including Wealth Counsel, LLC, The Ohio Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys, and the Worthington Estate Planning Council. She is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Union County Bar Association.  Kim currently sits on the Mental Health Board of Union County and on the Board of the Memorial Health Foundation.

Kim has numerous published articles on the area of estate planning. She frequently speaks on the area to individual groups, to financial planning groups, and at continuing legal education seminars. Attorney Cutler has been recognized as a top lawyer in Columbus CEO Magazine and was selected for inclusion in the list of Ohio Rising Stars® by Super Lawyers® Magazine. Attorney Cutler has published many articles on estate planning, estate administration, and estate taxes. Additionally, she speaks often to groups and at continuing legal education seminars.

In 1999, Kim graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, where she pursued a double major in Business and Marketing. In 2002, Kim graduated Cum Laude from Capital University Law School. She continued her legal studies in 2003 to earn a LL.M., Master of Law in Business and Tax, also from Capital University Law School. Prior to joining starting Cutler Law Office, LLC, Kim was an attorney at Bridges, Jillisky, Weller & Gullifer, LLC for nearly 14 years.
